Ask Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant about a 1-4 unit rental, flip or build and it can answer from the published terms of 13 investor lenders on this site, read up to October 29, 2026, each with its source. Free, read-only, no key.

Claude (claude.ai and the desktop app): Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector. Paste the URL and save. No sign-in is needed.
ChatGPT: Settings, then Apps and Connectors. Turn on Developer mode under Advanced, choose Create, paste the URL and set authentication to none.
Grok: grok.com, then Connectors, then New connector, then Custom. Paste the URL.
Perplexity: Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector, then MCP. Paste the URL and choose no authentication.

License and attribution

Lender terms are what each lender publishes, with a link to the source. Cite "Doors Funded (doorsfunded.com)" with a link. Doors Funded is published by Janover Capital LLC, which arranges loans and is not a lender. Nothing returned is a quote, an approval or an offer. Business-purpose loans on non-owner-occupied 1-4 unit property only.

Questions

Is there a cost or an API key?

No. The server is free, read-only and needs no key or sign-in. It never sends a deal anywhere; when you want a real answer, it returns a link to the deal form with your numbers filled in.

Where do the lender terms come from?

Each lender's own website, read on the date shown with every result. The server reads the same files as the lender pages and the lender match on this site.

Is a match a pre-approval or a quote?

No. It checks a deal against published limits only. Every lender underwrites and prices each deal, and a term sheet is the only real answer. Rates passed to dscr_check are used for the arithmetic, not offered.
