DSCR loans for foreign nationals: which lenders publish a program

A foreign national can own US rental property through a US LLC and finance it on the rent, the same way a US investor does. Fewer lenders publish a program for it, and those that do usually cut leverage. Our DSCR program lends to foreign nationals at up to 65% LTV.

13 lenders from their own websites (5 meet this test on published terms), plus our programs, first and marked. Not a ranking.

What to check before you apply

  • Ask what the lender needs to see: passport and visa, a US bank account, and how it handles credit with no US score.
  • Form the US LLC before you go under contract; the loan closes in the entity.
  • Expect a lower LTV than the headline. Leverage for foreign nationals is often 60-70%.

Each lender's figures, with the page it came from, are on its own page: follow the name in the table. Every lender prices each deal, and the term sheet you get is what counts.
