Conditions: 30-year fixed term. Purchase, delayed purchase, rate-and-term and cash-out refinance; separate cash-out LTV not published. Short-term rentals qualify with AirDNA data. Blanket loans up to 20 properties. Up to 70% of vested retirement accounts and 25% of crypto count toward reserves. DSCR loans are brokered to third-party capital partners and serviced on that partner's terms. Contradictions: the DSCR page FAQ says ABL brought term rental loans in-house, while the company overview says DSCR is brokered; the overview says 'average minimum DSCR 1.0' while the product page says 1.0 minimum.
